The Sauk Valley Landlord Association was established in June of 1998.
If you are thinking about being a landlord, or already are one, please come join us.
Meeting our the third Thursday of every month at the Coventry Living Center 612 W. St. Mary Rd, Sterling in the activity center.
Door opens @ 6:30 and meeting starts @ 7:00 pm
If you have questions or can’t make a meeting then contact one of the Officers or Directors.
Dues are $75.00 for 12 month membership.
Every month there is a newsletter.
Eviction list every month on filed on forcible entry and detainer (court order).
Our meetings are Video Taped so if you miss a meeting you can always watch it.
The Sauk Valley Newspaper and Dixon Telegraph give’s our members a 10% discount for advertizing a house or apartment for rent.
As you see we have a web site, being a member you can advertize your rentals on here free for just being a member.
